Terms of Service
Last updated: September 9, 2026
1. Overview
Avello provides a hosted subscription for accessing AI models through a gateway and compatible tools. Your plan defines available models, usage allowances, and billing cycle.
2. User Responsibilities
- You must protect your Avello account and keys and revoke a key if you suspect misuse.
- You must use the service lawfully and respect third-party rights and rules that apply to submitted content.
- You are responsible for files you authorize the IDE to modify and for reviewing a proposal before accepting it.
3. How It Works
Requests pass through the Avello gateway and may be translated and forwarded to the inference service that serves the requested model. Availability and latency vary; states shown in the portal reflect the observation stated on screen.
4. Data Handling
- Account, organization, subscription, keys, and usage metadata are processed in hosted infrastructure.
- Prompts, responses, and selected files may be transmitted to Avello and the inference service needed for the request.
- Supabase, Cakto, and Resend participate in authentication, billing, and transactional email as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer
Avello enforces plan allowances and stops new calls when no balance is available. Network failures, maintenance, and inference-service outages may temporarily interrupt features. Keep a copy of your files before accepting IDE changes.
6. Changes and contact
We may update the service and these terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The date on this page identifies the current version; questions may be sent through the contact shown on this page.
